By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/the-internal-struggle-of-two-feelings-in-the-photo-project-visibility.htmlHow many times have you wanted to scream at the top of your lungs, whether from joy or disappointment, but instead only smiled bitterly or, as they say, made your “muzzle a brick”? Photographer Ulric Collette from Quebec, in his new project Visibility, presents us with a visual interpretation of the same face: one version of the face is what we show to others, and the second is what we really feel.
(Total 8 photos)
1. Collette put his experienced hand of a talented Photoshop master to merge two faces of the same person in one frame.
2. The result is three-eyed creatures that express two completely different feelings.
3. At first, the deformed faces created by the photographer seem at least strange, but then they make you think.
4. Each of us can make a stone face, hiding the real feelings deep inside, whether it be joy, anger, sadness, happiness, paranoia or disgust.
5. These photos reflect the internal duel of two people living inside of us: one of them is always in public, the other is deep inside.
