"It was heartbreaking," Erikas said. —She (it turned out to be a girl) was exhausted from hunger, covered in dirt, she was overcome by flies, and as soon as she saw me, she was scared and tried to run away, but she was so weak that she could not even stand on her feet." Plukas thought that, probably, the baby's mother was shot by hunters, leaving her cub to the mercy of fate.
The guy could not help but help the baby and left her with him. This is how this magical friendship between an animal and a human was born.
At first, Plukas fed the baby every four hours and even slept next to her in the barn or on the street to convince her that she was safe.
When the time finally came to release the calf, it was very difficult for Plukas to decide on this, but he understood that it was only good for the animal.
But the friendship didn't end there. Moose still comes to visit her "dad" every day.
And I think she's pregnant. So soon even more guests will come to Plukas, which he is insanely happy about.
