The beauty of nature and the female body in the photo works of Sergey Leksin

Photo artist from Krasnodar Sergey Leksin is inspired by two themes-beautiful girls and untouched nature. Works in which the beautiful model is organically integrated into the natural environment-especially to the liking of the master. Sergey is a master of light and color, which allows him to achieve incredible effects, even without resorting to digital image processing.

Sergey Leksin was born and raised in the Far North, in the distant and harsh Norilsk. This tundra region does not spoil the weather, bright colors and interesting landscapes. Perhaps that is why, after moving to Krasnodar, Sergey so loved the rich natural colors and southern diversity.

Leksin often arranges photo tours in the Crimea and the Caucasus – it is very important for him to change the locations to suit the mood. Sergey says that photography is a passion, the origins of which lie in the Soviet childhood. He studied at the School of Photography and had no doubt that when he grew up, he would become a photographer.

But life ordered otherwise and Leksin went into business. His work was associated with luxury brands, beauty and art, but it did not leave any time for creativity. In 2013, Sergey left his business activities for the sake of his childhood dream and devoted himself entirely to landscape and portrait photography. So the CEO of a successful company with more than 20 years of experience became a photographer.

Sergey Leksin does not hide that his current work does not bring much income-photography in the nude genre today is not as highly paid as it once was, and landscape photography involves more expenses than earnings.

But the photographer does not regret that he chose this path. He enthusiastically shoots what he likes, without thinking about monetization, and earns a reportage, subject shooting and organizing hikes.
