PictolicStreet artist Tom Bob transforms the most prosaic elements of American cities. Poles, electric meters and bike racks thanks to his imagination become part of the witty and colorful images of manhole cover turns the pan on the fire and gas meters — the strange lobster. The artist lives in new York, and most of his work done there, but sometimes he gets to Boston, new Bedford and other cities.
