Inventor and technoblogger Michael Reeves is known online as the creator of the world's first swearing robot vacuum cleaner. But the modernization of the household appliance did not become the crown of the American's talent and he continues to experiment with modern technologies, delighting subscribers with unexpected solutions.

Recently, Reeves decided to furnish his new room, but did not hire designers for this. The guy entrusted the responsible work to a bot program written with his own hand and to his Twitter followers.

It all started with the fact that Michael moved into a new room and he urgently needed to organize a home there. On October 10, the blogger turned to his subscribers with a request to help him solve this issue. Users of the social network had to send the newcomer links to various products from Amazon, the price of which does not exceed $ 25 (approximately 1600 rubles).

Since it was assumed that there would be a lot of advice from those who wanted to help and just have fun, Reeves wrote a twitter bot to implement the idea, which selected the links that received the most likes. For one day, the bot ordered one thing every 15 minutes on the trading platform, filling the room of its creator with pitch hell.

For the purity of the experiment, Reeves promised subscribers not to check orders until delivery from Amazon arrives. In total, the blogger received 95 parcels, each of which contained a note with a tweet from the user who ordered this product. The list of things acquired in such an unusual way turned out to be fantastically stupid.

Here are just a few items that Michael had to pay for on the recommendation of Twitter users: a jar of real coyote urine, Minecraft-style bed linen, three different editions of the Bible, pillows in the form of loaves, a shiny pillowcase with a portrait of Nicolas Cage, a poster with the structure of the male reproductive system, a bag of potatoes, a brochure with the manifesto of the Communist Party, a book "Pictures that you can't masturbate to."

Especially a lot of goods related to the South Korean pop group BTS were ordered. Alex, Michael's girlfriend, whom the blogger asked to help arrange objects in the room, was able to assemble a real altar dedicated to this musical group at one of the walls of the room. Another corner had to be allocated to anime products, and part of the wall - to "cucumber Rick".

Michael is not too happy with the experiment. He expressed his position on what happened vaguely, but its essence, in principle, is clear:

Now the guy and his girlfriend face a serious task – to decide what to do with all this junk, because a mentally healthy person obviously cannot live in such a pretentious environment.
