An unusual project was carried out on July 23. At 10 a.m., the 1915 building was put on wheels and taken to the port. There he was put on a barge and down the Fraser River, and then taken across the Strait of Georgia to a new location. This eight-hour trip cost only 1,500 Canadian dollars, writes The Vancouver courier.
