History is silent about what the first stop he saw was, but he was really overwhelmed. He traveled more than 30,000 km, visited 13 countries, and documented absolutely fantastic masterpieces of small-scale architecture from its heyday. I published a book - I liked the cool review: “A delicate balance between modern art and clinical madness.”
Estonian stops are simply space! Compared to them, Lithuanian ones are simply a collective farm and state farm. Kazakhstan is monumental and protected from all the hurricanes of the world. Abkhazia has real architectural masterpieces. And so on... See for yourself.
