A domed house is a sphere built of various types of wood with a special protective impregnation.

The house is built only from eco—friendly materials - and this is not just a mandatory fashion phrase, but a key principle of the company's work.

The fact is that eco-friendly materials are more useful for the home microclimate, and they look much better, but it is worth noting that their cost is several times higher than non-ecological analogues. And since only the external structure is the carrier, then inside the house you can plan everything to your liking — and there are no difficulties with the arrangement of furniture, as happens in ordinary houses.

But the beautiful appearance and convenience of the layout are rather pleasant bonuses: one of the main advantages of the Skydome is security. And this is no coincidence, because the sphere withstands the greatest load compared to any other form of house: up to 700 kg per square meter, wind up to 250 km / h and even an earthquake up to 7 points on the Richter scale.

The company gives a 10—year warranty for construction work and 25 years for materials.

Sky houses look like pictures from fashionable magazines. It may seem that you will have to pay fabulous money for the original appearance, eco—friendly materials and increased security - but in fact the cost per square meter in such a house starts from 42,000 rubles (including finishing and communications). That is, the price of a two—storey "Skydome" is comparable to the price of a one-room apartment on the outskirts of Moscow - while the advantages of your own domed house over a one-bedroom are obvious.

The company offers houses with six different areas: Sky 6 (34 sq. m. m × 6 m — diameter), Sky 9 (80 × 9), Sky 10.5 (123 × 10.5), Sky 12 (169 × 12), Sky 13.5 (207 × 13.5), Sky 15 (260 × 15).

The construction time is from one and a half to six months, depending on the model of the house.
