In January, he was picked up by animal control and sent to a shelter in San Diego. Due to the extremely tangled coat, the dog lost two legs - the coat interfered with normal blood circulation. Amaz-Bob had only four teeth, and those were rotten.
From the shelter, one married couple took the dog to their home - where two cats and two husky dogs already lived.
