While walking through the mountains in search of beautiful landscapes, the 24-year-old photographer saw a wonderful little creature appear out of nowhere: a snow-white baby reindeer.

And although the animal was almost invisible against the background of the winter landscape, it, according to Mads, did not even try to hide from him.
Moreover, the kid even posed for the photographer a little.
I must say that white reindeer have an unusual genetic mutation that deprives their hair of pigmentation, so they can merge with the snowy environment. Unlike albinos, white deer have dark pigmentation in their eyes and horns.
Indigenous Sami living in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Russia believe that meeting with a white reindeer is a sign of good luck.
The kid seemed to like posing.
The baby, whom the photographer met, is only a few months old, since the offspring of reindeer are born in May.
This is not the first time a Norwegian photographer has managed to meet rare animals so closely.
He has already met lynx and wolves — and also in Northern Norway.
