The condition as a panic attack can hardly be called pleasant. But unexplained feeling of anxiety or even panic, unreasonable covering the person as it turned out, could be a driver in the works, as happened with the photo artist from South Africa Nobles Anna (Anne Nobels). She has created a beautiful series of works, the plots of which are inspired by her bouts of severe anxiety. (Caution! Nude)

Doctors believe that by themselves, panic attacks are not present to humans a serious threat. But to ignore them as not worth it, because the presence of such symptoms may indicate heart problems, endocrine system, or psyche.

Photographer Anna Nobles long been suffering from panic attacks and dealing with them has not yet yielded fruit. But the woman was not upset and uses his painful condition as a source of inspiration. This feature gives the creative works Nobles special atmosphere — they are beautiful and disturbing, and subtly convey human vulnerability.

Anna since childhood, fond of painting and after school he entered the art Academy of Fontys School of Arts in the Netherlands. The girl planned to devote his life to painting, but life decided otherwise. Once the teacher told her that he sees in her works of creativity, although the technical side of the paintings is very good.

Nobles admitted that he feels fear of a blank canvas and trying as quickly as possible to fill it with something. This gave rise to paintings with uninteresting, hackneyed plots. A conversation with the teacher made Anna think about whether she chose the path. The second favorite thing of the artist was photographing and she decided that with the camera in hand it will be easier to reveal your soul. In the end, the fear of creative work has disappeared and the world got great, original artist.

But in the pictures the beginning of the path was not as simple as you want:

Anna, realizing the futility of his struggle with panic attacks, I tried to find in them something positive. And we found it! She came up with the idea to create a series of works called Outside the Lines ("beyond the brink"). To make her pictures Nobles traveled to a radius of 20 km from home and looking for the right kind of unspoiled natural landscapes.

The project Outside the Lines is inextricably linked with nature. According to the author, her strength is very similar to a panic attack, as it cannot be controlled and can destroy. But nature gives Anna a break from the anxiety and allows you to completely relax.
