Penman your photo argues that the city that never sleeps, is never boring. The British photographer used to live in Los Angeles, but moved to new York.
"I like to shoot on the street — so I know everything. Know someone who begs, and then drives a good car," says Penman.
"Once homeless warned me about the bomb threat. As it turned out, knew that only the police and the homeless, because they know everything!" — says the photographer.
