Photographer Sergey Gorshkov became the winner of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2020 contest thanks to his photo of an Amur tiger marking a spruce tree in the Russian Far East with its own scent. The frame called "Embrace" shows a unique moment when the endangered Amur tiger marks its territory. It took the photographer 11 months to get this image using motion sensor cameras installed in the forest.
