On the top floor of the new office skyscraper One Vanderbilt, built in downtown New York last year, a stunning attraction will soon open: an observation deck with outdoor all-glass Ascent elevators ("Ascent") and fully transparent Levitation boxes ("Levitation").

The project was named Summit One Vanderbilt. Visitors will be lifted up the building to a height of about 370 meters by a transparent glass elevator. Such a ride in the elevator is an exciting adventure in itself!

And just below (at an altitude of 324 m) there are transparent boxes protruding from the building with the telling name "Levitation" – they seem to be suspended above Madison Avenue and from there you can very well see New York from a bird's-eye view.

For those who want to enjoy the views in a less "adrenaline" environment, there will be a cafe-bar on the terrace. There will also be grocery stores and "the highest urban outdoor alpine meadow in the world."

The 77-story, $ 3.3 billion tower is located next to Central Station. It is the tallest building (427 meters) in the center of Manhattan. In general, it is the fourth highest in New York.
