National Geographic Photo Contest 2013

November 30 ends the acceptance of competitive works. The winner of the competition will be announced in December and will receive the main prize, which consists of a comprehensive package. The cash prize will be $10,000. In addition, the winner will be invited to the headquarters of National Geographic, where the annual seminar will be held. Also, the works that won first place in the categories "People", "Animals" and "Nature" will traditionally be published in the National Geographic magazine.
The photographs presented in this issue are a small selection from the competition program.
