Faceless high-rise buildings, in their opinion, disfigure modern cities and cripple the psyche of their inhabitants. It is hard to imagine what will happen to these critics if they are even briefly settled in Dubai's Nad Al Sheba 3 area. This is a real urban hell that can shake the most stable nervous system.
Housing in Dubai is very expensive, so the city authorities decided to give a gift to the “poor”. They became budget housing of decent quality, in a convenient location. The price of affordable houses by the standards of the Arab metropolis starts at $864,000 (61,200,000 rubles), which should seem very attractive.
The mansions at Nad Al Sheba 3 are family villas with 4-5 bedrooms, a garage for a couple of cars and a small courtyard. The area is under round-the-clock security, and everything is nearby, from supermarkets to kindergartens and schools.
The "big" Dubai itself is very close, and the beauty of the city is perfectly visible from the balconies of the houses. Companies offering this property position it as a home for families who want to live in peace and quiet. According to sellers, this is also an excellent area for those who pay attention to their physical and spiritual development.
Nad Al Sheba 3 has a stadium, tennis courts, fitness clubs and even a hippodrome. There are also mosques, without which it is impossible to imagine the life of the faithful. It seems that this is exactly what everyone dreams of, but even the attractive price did not cause a stir.
The area literally scares people away with its monotonous streets and faceless facades. A person with an unbalanced psyche may well panic after passing a couple of absolutely identical streets.
Nad Al Sheba 3 is reminiscent of the horror film Vivarium, released in 2019. The film tells about a couple who are seduced by a tempting offer to buy an inexpensive good house. But instead of the expected idyll, the heroes found themselves in captivity of a terrible area with endless rows of houses.
Apparently, the new district of Dubai has every chance of becoming a "ghost town", such as the famous San Zhi in Taiwan.
