Motherhood more stretch marks and scars: the photocycle of how women fall in love with your body after childbirth

The joy of motherhood for many women is marred by disappointment in your own body. Extra weight, stretch marks and sometimes scars from operations — all consequences of childbirth, faced by every second young mother. Photographer Ashley wells Jackson learned firsthand how difficult it is again to love your body. To help deal with this problem and other women around the world she has created this series of photos.

The photocycle of The 4th Trimester Bodies Project: Celebrating the Beauty of Motherhood Uncensored was really special: the idea for its organization was prompted by the bitter experience of life by Ashley Jackson, and while working she was able to meet many young mothers, to learn the stories of their lives and numerous examples to ensure that the business in which it is engaged, it is important for women. The problem Ashley Jackson sees that in modern society the ideal of beauty is often equated images otfotoshopili beauties from the covers of glossy magazines. Of course, to compete with earthly women is not easy, but to relinquish motherhood for the sake of a perfect appearance is not necessary.

1. People's Republic of Baley and her three daughters (from 8 months to 6 years)

Ashley herself was pregnant twice. The second time, there appeared twins, but because of congenital abnormalities, trying to save both babies, the woman had surgery. Unfortunately, one child did not survive, and on the body Ashley has since left a scar on the scar, a reminder of the tragedy. Ashley is very missed, she felt like she failed as a mother and as a woman. But time took himself in hand, chose not to whine in front of her husband... a way out of this dismal state found in helping other women who were in a similar situation.
