Miracle of nature - Geysernaya river
The Geysernaya River is located in Kamchatka. And at the confluence of the Geysernaya and Shumnaya rivers, on the territory, there are about 20 large geysers and many springs that periodically throw out fountains of almost boiling water or hot steam, forming the famous Valley of Geysers. The area of the river basin is approximately 40 km2. The flow rate in low water at the mouth is 1.5-2 m3/s, in summer-autumn time it increases by one and a half times. The flow of the river increases significantly during the period of snowmelt and autumn, especially cyclonic, rains.
