In the Australian city of Subiaco (Subiaco) is a football stadium, which will soon be demolished. To keep the stadium alive, architectural firm MJA Studio came up with a bold concept for its renovation into a mixed-use complex with a surf pool (Subi Surf Park).

The facility will be rebuilt in accordance with the highest standards and requirements. Experts say that the cost of water for the pool is not so high. The volume of water consumed by the pool will be equal to the volume of water required for the annual irrigation of the lawn on the football field.

In addition to the wave pool, in the complex on an area of 3000 sq. meters will be equipped with residential apartments, 6500 sq. meters will take the market. A separate place will be allocated for the Football Hall of Fame with exhibits and art installations dedicated to the history of Australian football. 12,800 sq. meters will be allocated for Hill Park.
