Original traditional textile design is converted into a digital mosaic.
"Patterns and ornaments all cultures have sometimes similar, sometimes very different. I see them as words and phrases that you can read and translate it into a language that we understand," says Ahmed.
Faig Ahmed lives and works in Baku, he graduated from the sculpture faculty of the Azerbaijan state Academy of arts. Previously, he worked with video and installation and is now focused on textile and sculpture.
