Dutch photographer Jan Hoek captured these vivid characters of the streets of the Kenyan capital in his series of photographs Boda Boda Madness ("The madness of motorcyclists").
Thanks to the new equipment, motorcycle taxi drivers have increased their incomes, so they actively use their costumes. And if you suddenly find yourself in Nairobi, perhaps one of them will become your taxi driver.
