Categories: Nature | Photo project
By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/love-to-mushroom.htmlAustralian photographer Steve Exford travels across the continent photographing mushrooms. Many of the rare species that fell into the lens of his camera were not previously photographed by anyone - Exford captured them first. The shots by Axford—and other photographers roaming the realm of mushrooms—reminiscent of an expedition to another world.
Steve Axford: "I strive to combine beauty with scientific precision, so most of my photographs capture fine detail and can be used to identify species."
