Photographer Brian Finke spent two years traveling the world and documenting the lives of flight attendants. He studied the routine of flight attendants airlines Delta, JetBlue, Hawaiian, Hooters Air, Southwest. Then switched to foreign — Air France, Qantas and British Airways. In London, the photographer visited the school, which trained future profession. Brian then went to the East — Air Asia, Thai, Tiger, ANA, Japan, and Cathay Pacific, and completed the journey with the airline Icelandair. The result of his work was the book called "Flight attendants".

Co-author with Brian on the book by Alix brown believes that the style of photography Finke is neither nostalgic and romantic, nor too realistic.
