What seemingly harmless actions are considered offenses, read our material.
According to the law, cars can only be washed in specially equipped places, that is, at car washes. Therefore, when you wash your car in the courtyard of a multi-storey building, near a pond or even in the country, you violate Article 6.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The fact is that the water contained in detergents is considered dangerous for the environment — it gets into the ground and wastewater, which can lead to environmental pollution or harm animals. For this violation, a fine of 3,000 to 5,000 rubles is provided, so if you are going to put the car in order, think: maybe you should still go to the car wash?
Signs on the asphalt under the windows like " I love you!", "Happy Birthday!" and so on — this is, of course, very nice, but ... illegal. According to Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, drawing on asphalt is a violation of the norms of landscaping and is punishable by a fine of 500 to 1000 rubles. First of all, this restriction is introduced to combat illegal advertising, but even if you do not do anything like this, but just want to leave a message to a loved one, it is better not to risk it, but to talk to him personally.
It is difficult to imagine a New Year without fireworks from all sides. But according to the law, the launch of various fireworks and firecrackers in residential buildings, from balconies, roofs, loggias, stadiums, stages, near railway tracks, power lines, gas pipelines and other fire and explosive objects is strictly prohibited. For violation of this law, a fine of 1,000 to 1,500 rubles is provided. In addition, the launch of fireworks on New Year's Eve contradicts the requirements for permissible noise indicators.
Very often, children ask their parents for a dog, tearfully promising to monitor it, feed it and, of course, walk it. But they can't do that. At least for children under the age of 14. By law, they should not appear with a dog in public places, transport or just on the street. Such an innocent walk can cost their moms and dads 1-2 thousand rubles.
But even now, people knocking out carpets by hanging them on a horizontal bar in the courtyard do not surprise anyone. Although there are such situations still less often, because for them you can get a fine for two articles at once. First, such an event is harmful to the environment — for this purpose, there are dry cleaners for cleaning carpets. Secondly, if a person suddenly decides to knock out the carpet after nine in the evening, he can be charged with violating the law on permissible noise levels.
Now it is very popular to sell various things on the Internet, but, as a rule, this process is rarely declared. If you are engaged in the sale, even of individual goods, but do not enter them in the tax return, then you are automatically violating the law. The only exception is things that have been in your possession for more than three years, that is, used-they do not need to be entered in the declaration.
You can also do without a declaration, without violating the law, if the price of the thing being sold does not exceed its value. For example, if you once bought a bicycle for 30 thousand rubles, and now sell it for 20.
Connecting to Wi-Fi in a cafe or at work is a common thing for many. But you can get a fine for this. The fact is that the free use of the service requires the permission of the provider. Without it, you can't even connect to your neighbor's unsecured network.
It is very convenient to go to the metro with coffee, it saves time. Such a hobby can, although insignificant, but not very pleasant to hit your wallet — such an action is considered a violation of the rules of use of the metro and is subject to a fine of 100 rubles. Therefore, it is better to enjoy your drink before you enter the car.
