Japanese swimmer Miku Kojima quit sports for the porn industry

There are not so few cases when famous athletes stop their careers and go into porn. As an example, we can mention the Dutch gymnast Verona van de Leer. And recently, another star joined the cohort of athletes who left the sport for the sake of "strawberries". 22-year-old Japanese swimmer Miku Kojima, who was predicted to succeed at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, became a rising porn star.

Kojima's career in big-time sports was rapid. She was first noticed when she won two bronze medals at the Youth Olympic Games in 2018. After that , there were many other glorious victories and prospects for participation in The Olympics in 2020. Many believed that the young swimmer had a long and glorious career in sports ahead of her. But it didn't work out.

For the first time, Miku Kojima posted her photos in a swimsuit on Twitter in 2019. A few pictures, rather modest, caused a furor among users of the social network. They instantly dispersed on the Internet and Kojima's army of subscribers increased several times.

The success of this photo shoot did not go unnoticed among the representatives of the porn industry and the girl began to receive tempting offers. Kojima hesitated for a long time, but in the end could not resist the proposed fees. The girl even refused a very real chance to become a member of the Olympic team of her country.

Kojima ended her career in 2019 under the plausible pretext of obtaining higher education. Nothing was heard of her for a while. But then it became clear which "universities" she attended. Adult films with her participation began to appear on the network one after another, where Miku starred under the name Saki Shinkai.

The sports publication Corriere dello Sport managed to interview the former athlete, in which she told the reason for the change of activity:

It must be said that immediately after her debut in porn, Miku was faced with a misunderstanding of her fans. Under her erotic pictures, wherever they appeared, you could always see negative comments. Kojima was hit by a wave of reproaches and even threats. But the girl was not going to back down and bravely survived this difficult period.

In February 2022, the first full-fledged film of a young porn actress was released. In it, she played the role of ... a swimmer, although the essence of the picture was not at all in the description of heavy sports everyday life. In this whole story, it's not surprising that the athlete went into porn. Miku Kojima did this at the peak of her athletic career.
