A little over a year ago, Antonia Eriksson was dying of anorexia - her weight was only 38 kilos, and her vital organs were failing. But the young Swede decided to radically change her life and began her stubborn battle with the disease. Healthy food and fitness month after month transformed the girl, who not only defeated anorexia, but also gained a good athletic shape.

With the help of Instagram, the girl documented the entire process of her recovery, demonstrating that it is possible to recover, the main thing is not to lose hope and do everything to become healthy.

In September, Antonia Eriksson was hospitalized with anorexia and was near death from multiple organ failure. The girl was on the verge of life and death, her bones were weak, and her weight was only 38 kilograms. The doctors feared that every day might be her last.

1. The girl started her Instagram from the moment she was hospitalized. The first photos posted on Instagram were gloomy, they showed a hospital bed and Antonia's haggard face.

“In order to post the entire treatment process on Instagram, I had to overcome myself first. As a result, I coped with this, and now every person on the planet can see with their own eyes all that I had to do to become healthy again, ”Antonia told reporters.
