Le Palais Royal, a building in the style of the best European palaces, located in Hillsborough Beach, Florida, has been on sale for a year. Initially, its price was $139 million, which already then made the mansion the most expensive home for sale in the United States. Over the past time, the construction of the main residence was completed, after which the price tag increased by 20 million to 159 million dollars.
This price also includes new buildings on the adjacent site - the second stage of construction. Once completed, the estate will be full of crazy amenities, including an underground recreation area with an ice skating rink, a go-kart track, a two-lane bowling alley, and even space that could be used for a nightclub.
The owner of the estate is the construction magnate Robert Pereira, who originally planned to live in this residence, but changed his mind.
