The safest house in the USA will look like a typical light mansion with columns for the southern states. The estate, which is called "Rice House" (Rice House), is located near the capital of Georgia, Atlanta, on a closed plot of 3.5 acres.

The master bedroom and guest rooms (there are eight bedrooms in total) have armored doors that can withstand a series of shots from an AK-47 assault rifle.

In the basement of the mansion there is a car storage room that can accommodate up to 30 cars. The entrance to it is hidden behind a man—made waterfall - just like in the Wayne estate in Batman.

The entrance to the bunker with an area of more than 4.5 thousand square meters is hidden behind secret doors.

In the underground bunker of the estate, it is possible to exist autonomously for several years, since electricity from the autonomous network and water from artesian wells drilled to a depth of 300 meters are supplied there.

It is reported that the architect of the house was a specialist who designed safe buildings for the US Department of Justice for twenty years.

The current owner of the "Rice House" has spent about 6 years and $ 30 million on the development and construction of this unusual dwelling. He planned to live here with his family, but eventually found out that his son did not intend to move into the mansion. And now the vast estate is put up for auction: initially its price was $ 17.5 million, but then it dropped to $ 14.7 million.

The mansion is almost completed, there are only some finishing works left, which the owner estimates at about $ 3-5 million. In addition to the mentioned bunker, swimming pool, bowling alley and private cinema, the house has eight bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, three kitchens, a private museum, a wine cellar and a shooting gallery.
