Georgian startup Kote.ge produces mobile cottages of quick assembly with an area of 6.9 and 12 square meters. They will be available on November 30. Houses with an area of 9 square meters will cost about 5000 lari (115 thousand rubles). Founder of Kote.ge Levan Tkemaladze does not exclude that the house can be bought for 4500 lari (103 thousand rubles): according to him, it depends on the requirements of a particular buyer.

The price of the house also depends on what communications are laid on the territory. Tkemaladze explains that the company has several options for wastewater and waste treatment: "If it is possible to connect to the central sewer system on the site, then the house will be installed immediately and only pipes will remain. If this cannot be done, the company will offer to install a special waste management system — from affordable to very expensive."

The creators of the startup promise to connect cottages to electricity, water supply and sewerage, and in the future make them completely autonomous, with solar panels and a garbage recycling system.

At first, the house can be ordered only on the company's website, and then they will go on sale in several construction hypermarkets. As early as 2017, portable cottages may appear in ski resorts: The startup received offers from Mestia and Gudauri. The creators of the project promise that it will be possible to dock two or even three cottages and assemble them into a full-fledged house with several rooms. The design is portable: ready-made houses can be transported.
