First of all, you need to call the district police officer or the police and describe the situation. The law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene will record the offense and if the neighbors actually violate the order, they will be issued a fine. You can complain about the neighbors to the HOA or to the housing department. Roskachestvo reminds that from 7:00 to 23:00 the noise level can reach 55 decibels. This is a sound comparable in volume to the operation of a serviceable car engine.

At night, from 23:00 to 7:00, the noise level should not exceed 45 decibels – this is the sound of a washing machine or dishwasher. All these rules are valid not only for premises, but also for house territories. Noise in the yard is also considered a violation, which can be punished with a fine.

Roskachestvo warned that you should not try to solve the problem yourself by resorting to threats, beatings, insulting messages, retaliatory noise.
