Life without modern technologies seems hard, joyless and even dangerous. But, rest assured, a century ago our ancestors were even more satisfied with life than we were, because they received everything they thought they needed and did not have inflated requests like we did.

Just think – such a simple manipulation as boiling a kettle with water looked 100 years ago quite different from today. What can we say about more serious things, such as cooking, shopping or traveling. Sometimes it seems that our ancestors lived on another planet – their life, work and leisure are so different from ours.
