The ideal male body today is convex biceps and six abs cubes. But the ideal male body was not always like this.

The project was done by Pittsburgh-based graphic designer and researcher Nikolai Lamm. He used 3D computer simulations to show how the ideal male shape has changed over the past 150 years.
