The inquisitive and those who follow the diet will certainly be interesting for the study of information website wiseGEEK demonstrating various products in a quantity containing the same number of calories — 200. For better comparison all photos are made with the same camera on the same plates with a diameter of 26 cm and the bowls diameter 16 cm
We sorted pictures from less nutritious to more nutritious products. Please keep in mind that this project only focused on the number of calories (which, by the way, an adult needs to consume an average of 2000-2500 daily!) and does not address other equally important indicators, the components of the nutritional value of the product.
