According to the heroine of the material, to maintain beauty, she has to spend about 75 pounds (7,500 rubles) on hair care every month. She uses high-quality shampoo and conditioner, as well as coconut oil, to keep the strands healthy and beautiful.

Every six months, Alena buys a new comb, because the previous one breaks down due to the density of the hair. Once every few months, she visits a beauty salon to have her hair slightly trimmed.
