How Australian schoolchildren celebrate graduation

Every year, for thousands of Australian graduates, the Gold Coast city in Queensland becomes the place where they celebrate graduation. For three weeks after the end of the 12th grade, starting in mid-November, schoolchildren from all over Australia rush to celebrate the Schoolies festival.

This year, the first week was marked by a record number of arrests, half-naked girls hanging from balconies, and other follies and crazy antics.

We hope the parents of these students do not have an Instagram. After all, it is there that cheerful graduates post photos of their adventures.
