Traditionally, this all-British holiday was attended by hundreds of young people, mostly students and high school students. Of course, there was no massacre or bloodshed here. Only unrestrained drunkenness. At the same time, the organizers of this annual event for students swear that they do not at all encourage young people to drink and walk the night streets practically in their underwear. The holiday is allegedly organized so that students "communicate, strengthen the bonds of friendship and just have fun." And yet, they say, Russia is a drinking country!

1. Well, someone has already had fun. And, unfortunately, there were many.
2. Despite the cold and rain, female students (and some students) took to the streets in shorts, short skirts and T-shirts.
3. All the young people also wore official Carnage T-shirts, which gave them entry to bars and the opportunity to buy drinks for as little as £1.
4.
5. This year, many students put on bunny ears.
6. So what if it's cold? It's a holiday!
7. During the holiday, crowds of students move from bar to bar, having fun and buying alcohol at a discount (you can get it if you are wearing a branded T-shirt).
8. This dubious student holiday has been organized by the Varsity Leisure Group throughout the UK for several years now.
9. And every year the organizers are criticized for promoting drunkenness and anti-social behavior among young people.
10. It seems that someone did not have enough strength to lift a friend.
11. However, the founder of the organization, Paul Baya, a graduate of the University of Birmingham, denies such accusations, insisting that his event "is aimed only at strengthening friendship, social and ethical cohesion and themed entertainment."
12. This year the theme of the holiday was "Playboys vs. Bunnies."
13. What's more - in past years, the holiday was held under such slogans as "Nymphos-nurses and dirty doctors" and "Pimps and prostitutes."
14. This event attracts students, first of all, with discounts on alcohol (a glass of beer or cider costs only 1 pound sterling).
15. The Facebook event page has a promising slogan: "This is going to be the best night of your life."
16. Someone can't wait to get drunk...
17. Well, at least bunnies are already better than prostitutes.
18. That evening on the streets of Nottingham one could meet many cheerful students.
19. Sometimes, it’s hard to tell if it’s a student or a student?
20. Neither rain nor cold will stop students who want to... uh... strengthen their bonds of friendship and take a break from their studies.
