Pavel Kapustin, a photographer from Bryansk, the summer months 2014 spent travelling to the most remote Russian villages, where almost bereft of inhabitants. There is already not serviced by public transport, there are no schools and hospitals and even the roads where it was almost completely overgrown. A series of pictures from his trip, Paul decided to call "Forgotten Russia", thus attracting our attention to the pressing problem of the extinction of the Russian village.

Photographer Pavel Kapustin from Bryansk launched the project "Forgotten Russia." The focus of his attention — the remote villages and villages where only a few residents or not left at all anyone.
