Then she cut the carrot into long thin slices with a peeler and left a portion of the slices in the sauce for a few minutes. By the way, I do not advise to soak in a bowl all at once. If you divide the carrots into chunks, it is better saturated with spices.
Roasting (5 minutes!)
For frying of carrot slices the woman used the slow cooker with the function of deep-frying, but explained that for cooking you can use the conventional oven, it just takes a little more time.
