From May 13 to May 22, Moscow hosts the second gastronomic festival "Fish Week" - fresh fish and seafood from the best producers from all over Russia sailed into the city and settled in seven ports. Now trout and coho salmon, sturgeon and giant crabs, mullet and red mullet can be bought right in the city center.

Well, if you don’t want to bother with cooking, then you can try delicious fish and seafood right on the sites. In addition, within the framework of the festival, there is a culinary school where, under the guidance of the best chefs, you can learn how to cook first-class fish dishes. Master classes in underwater archeology and diving, a maritime school for young sailors and much more you can visit at the festival for free.

Mussels with cherry tomatoes, grilled sardines with borzo pasta and other dishes from the arsenal of professional chefs have not yet been cooked. At the beginning of the festival, the famous chef Konstantin Ivlev boiled 350 liters of fish soup according to a special Far Eastern recipe from sockeye salmon and snow crab.

Delicious fish soup was eaten quickly. In the first half hour, 1,700 servings were distributed.

As part of the festival, bathyscaphes, models of famous lighthouses and ships were installed - the largest exposition can be found on Pushkinskaya Square. Particularly curious can not only look, but also touch.

For example, the exciting acrobatic show "Forward on the Waves" with the participation of the "Charaban" attraction and a brass band can be watched on Saturday at Pushkinskaya Square from 18:00 to 19:00.
