Product-the new product is called Pro&Ice and is already sold in the sports shops of the Northern capital.
And we have prepared for you three simple recipe of cold desserts that you can cook at home and happy to cope with the impending heat without compromising the shape.
1. Chocolate protein ice cream
Ingredients:
Pour a glass of milk in molds for ice and place in freezer overnight. Frozen milk put in blender and blend with the protein, cocoa and 50 ml of liquid milk. For sweetness add sweetener. The resulting plastic mass pour into a bowl and serve immediately, sprinkled with coconut, grated dark chocolate or toasted chopped nuts.
2. Berry sorbet
Ingredients:
The berries, remove from the freezer and leave it for a while. Then put it in a blender and grind. There too, add a banana. Add into the blender the lemon juice and honey. Again whisk. The resulting mass pour into special molds for ice cream on a stick. If not, then you can use the plastic cups. Put in the freezer for 2 hours. Before serving, garnish with sprigs of mint sorbet.
3. Tropical yogurt ice cream
Ingredients:
Mix in a blender until smooth the yogurt, honey, orange juice, sliced bananas, zest the whole lime and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Pour the resulting mass into molds or bowl and place in freezer for 4 hours. Ready to make ice cream more easily separated from the molds, dip them in hot water for a few seconds.
