Our former Lithuanian brothers from the Clinic 212 studio, who were unfortunate enough to be stuck exactly between Europe and boundless Russia, decided to approach their unenviable situation with humor and create a photo book adapting our favorite herring with onions and jelly with horseradish to the more familiar Europeans (and Japanese ) kitchen.
