However, this creation can really be bought on eBay, where it is sold as "Leggings / hairy pants with 100% wool, Russian cashmere". It looks like this is the last hit in Orenburg, where, as you know, it can be very cold.
Although, judging by the weather in November, the winter will be cold, so additional insulation will not hurt. Hairy pants are sold for $55.
