The author of this series is the French photographer Eolo Perfido, who lives in Italy. He takes pictures of people in clown costumes — and the portraits come out scary not in a childish way!
You probably know that a fairly common fear of clowns even has a name - coulrophobia. There have been cases when criminals used this fear by dressing up in clown costumes.
