The plane of the Dutch company Martinair was carrying cargo (newly hatched chickens) from Campinas (Brazil) to Quito (Ecuador). Since the flight was a cargo flight, there was no point in closing the cockpit. But what a surprise the crew had when they found stowaways on the dashboard. Chickens are learning to fly, literally and figuratively.
