The eighth season of "Game of Thrones" broke its own record for the duration of production. This was announced by assistant director Jonathan Quinlan. He posted a letter from the producers on his Instagram thanking the crew.
55 days is a new record in the history of the series. The filming of the "Battle of the Bastards", which is considered "the greatest fight in the history of TV", took 25 days.
The post was later deleted from the social network. But you can't hide anything from the fans, a screenshot of the letter was published on the Watchers on the Wall website. Fans have already begun to put forward their versions of what kind of scene we are talking about. Apparently, this is a battle with the King of the Night in Winterfell. The audience is waiting for an epic scene with white walkers, dragons and a sea of blood.
