According to the Independent Omsk City website, on August 2 of this year Daria Ryzhkova married her lover, 21-year-old Vladislav, who served in the Airborne Forces in Novorossiysk before the wedding. The wedding was held entirely in the style of the Airborne Forces: the bride wore a dress with camouflage colors, the newlyweds took the oath, fired a pistol and registered on the Day of the paratrooper. Even the witnesses and guests had to have blue, white or green in their clothes.

Young people met in Omsk in social networks. "I was sitting looking at photos, I saw him — I liked him, that's how it all started," Daria said and added that they have been together for 4 years. While Vladislav was serving, Daria came across a photo on the Internet showing a paratrooper walking with a girl in a camouflage dress on the Day of the Airborne Forces. So the idea came up to have a wedding in the style of the Airborne Forces.

The bride's ransom was stylized under a military theme — the groom passed a "minefield" of riddles, fired a pistol at balloons with questions, and then the couple took the oath, reading an oath to each other. During the celebration of the wedding, the toastmaster was wearing a blue beret, and the entire celebration program was stylized as a flight on an Il-76 plane.

As Ryzhkova admitted, the unusual couple attracted everyone's attention. "The girl who conducted the registration was just smiling very mysteriously. And, like many people that day, she said that she sees such creativity in our city for the first time. When we were leaving the park of the 30th anniversary of the Komsomol, one of the cars passing by stopped, and a paratrooper came out just to take a picture with us," Omichka recalled.
