On the contrary, they can give a completely unpredictable and terrible result. This happened to the American Ashley Rose, who wanted to get her dream hair and got it, but on a towel and on the walls of the shower stall.
Starting the routine procedure of washing her hair, Ashley could not even imagine that this event would change her life for many months. She chose Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume conditioner, which promises shine, volume and no problems when combing her hair.
Removing the towel from her head half an hour after washing, the girl realized that she would have no problems with combs at all, since a significant part of her hair remained on the fabric. Later, Rose said that the hair product purchased at the Walmart store immediately seemed strange to her because of the reddish hue.
In a panic, the American woman ran to the nearest clinic, not without reason believing that she had received a scalp burn. But they reassured her there, saying that the problem was only irritation, which would eventually pass without a trace. This calmed the girl somewhat, but did not solve her problems. Because of the hair that came out, she looked like a dog suffering from shingles, and something had to be done urgently.
At the beauty salon where Ashley went, they could not advise her anything else but to shave off the remnants of her hair. Hopes for a build-up collapsed after the stylist examined her head and said that due to inflammation of the skin, it would not give any results.
Despite her condition, Ashley decided that the sellers and the manufacturer of hair care products should be called to account. She filed a police report — in her opinion, the shampoo from Walmart was mixed with a hair removal cream. Now law enforcement officers are actively investigating this unpleasant incident.
The American woman's personal tragedy found a lively response in the hearts of Internet users and even started collecting money for her treatment, wigs and legal fees on the GoFundMe service. Now Rose has $1,345 in her account, which is approximately 85,300 rubles, and financial assistance continues to arrive.
Admittedly, the case of Ashley Rose, though unpleasant, is not fatal. There have been cases when people deliberately destroyed themselves for the sake of ephemeral standards of beauty.
