The cat was afraid of everything, hid and ate little, but soon got to Hufflepuff (one of the faculties of the school of wizards from the world of Harry Potter), heard enough stories about the power of magic and friendship and was liberated.

5-year-old Stevie was brought to the shelter in early March from Richmond, where he wandered the streets all alone. At first, the cat was afraid of everything and avoided any company. The situation improved a little when they decided to transfer him to a "residential area", where he was next to other seals.
Stevie was slowly getting used to it, but when it came to people, he was still closed. All this continued exactly until, in May, a volunteer Price appeared on his difficult feline path. He fell in love with Stevie and decided to help him at all costs, make the cat's life comfortable. And what did he do? I started reading Harry Potter to him.
The shelter workers are probably ardent fans of magic. In addition to themed decorations, they introduced a funny tradition — to distribute cats to the faculties of Hogwarts, depending on the nature of the fuzzies.
This carries with it a completely earthly mission — in this way future owners will be able to understand the character of the pet, choose a cat from the most acceptable faculty for themselves. Stevie got on the Hufflepuff because he is loyal, responsive, loyal, hardworking, honest and persistent.
Price came to Stevie's every day and just read books to him for several hours. Over time, the cat clearly began to enjoy his company, and after a couple of weeks even began to snuggle up to Price to listen more closely to stories about the world of wizards.
Now Price visits the cat almost every day and continues to read books to him. And on Fridays he puts on a Hufflepuff uniform.
Stevie himself, through his love for Price, began to open up to other people, the fear began to go away.
The shelter's director of public relations, Tabitha Treloar, believes that Price has done a real miracle, Stevie has become more sociable. And in general, a connection was formed between them.
And Stevie has also become confident enough to fully explore the cat room. He moves so deftly that people may not even realize that he is blind.
Stevie jumps on high stands, knows where the food is, and finds the tray without any problems. Price has become attached to the cat and wants to take him home, it remains to wait for permission from mom.
Until then, Price will continue to read Stevie "Harry Potter" and teach him how important courage and friendship are.
