1. As a child, Jeffrey Milstein liked to hang out at the end of the runway at Los Angeles International Airport.

2. He liked to watch planes take off.

3. He was obsessed with airplanes since childhood - he built models of them, and at the age of 17 he received a pilot's license.

4. His amazing photographs of Boeings and helicopters earned him fame and a place at the Los Angeles Museum of Art.

5. This project can be viewed at AIPAD from 4 to 7 April 2013 in New York.
