The unexpected news about the fourth stage of spinal cancer shocked 28-year-old Martin Kilminister and her boyfriend Christopher. The doctors said that the girl had 18 months left to live. Then the couple, who have been together for 12 years, decided that it was time to get married. Just a month later, they got married. Christopher wanted to make this day as special as possible.

The groom prepared a surprise for his bride: unexpectedly, in the middle of the celebration, he lifted her from her wheelchair to dance to the Aerosmith song "I don't want to miss a thing". The moment was so emotional that the guests had tears in their eyes.

For the first time, Martin started complaining of back pain in June 2017. Because of the girl's age, doctors did not think that this was a serious disease. But at the end of August, her condition worsened.

"When I stopped feeling my legs, at first I thought I had pinched a nerve. I struggled with severe back pain for several months, the doctors thought it was just muscle spasms. And so I was diagnosed with stage 4 spinal cancer. The doctors gave me from 6 to 18 months."

The couple has two children together, and now they are planning a honeymoon with the whole family.

Martin is going to start a course of chemotherapy to prolong his life. And she hopes that her story will inspire others to fulfill their dreams.
